soinhà là trang tìm nhà đất trên bản đồ. Liên hệ về dữ liệu cá nhân: [email protected].

Khi bạn chỉ xem trang

Bạn không cần tài khoản. Trình duyệt của bạn lưu danh sách tin đã lưu và một mã ngẫu nhiên. Mã này không gắn với tên, số điện thoại hay email của bạn. Chúng tôi dùng nó để đếm lượt bấm “Hiện số”, “Mở tin gốc”, “Zalo”, “Gọi” trên từng tin và để chặn báo cáo lặp lại.

Khi bạn để lại số cho một tin

Trên tin không công khai số, hoặc khi bạn đặt lịch xem hay hỏi bảng giá, chúng tôi thu: số điện thoại hoặc Zalo, tên và lời nhắn (nếu bạn điền), tin bạn hỏi, thời điểm bạn đồng ý và mã ngẫu nhiên của trình duyệt.

Khi bạn đăng ký tài khoản môi giới, chủ nhà hoặc chủ đầu tư

Chúng tôi thu: email, họ tên, số điện thoại hoặc Zalo, tên công ty, mã số thuế, số chứng chỉ hành nghề môi giới, khu vực hoạt động và lời nhắn của bạn.

Đơn vị xử lý dữ liệu

Dữ liệu đăng ký được chuyển ra ngoài Việt Nam để xử lý tại các đơn vị trên. Chúng tôi lập hồ sơ đánh giá tác động chuyển dữ liệu ra nước ngoài theo quy định.

Quyền của bạn

Bạn có quyền xem, sửa, xóa dữ liệu của mình, rút lại đồng ý và khiếu nại. Gửi yêu cầu tới [email protected]. Chúng tôi trả lời trong 72 giờ.

Tin công khai từ trang khác và yêu cầu gỡ

Một phần tin trên soinhà là tin đăng công khai trên trang khác (Chợ Tốt, Rever, MOSO và các trang tương tự). Với các tin này, chúng tôi giữ giá, diện tích, số phòng, vị trí gần đúng, thông tin pháp lý do người đăng tự khai, tên và số điện thoại người đăng đã công khai, ảnh và mô tả, cùng đường dẫn về tin gốc. Số điện thoại chỉ hiện sau khi người xem bấm “Hiện số”. Tài khoản người đăng còn được lưu dưới dạng mã băm một chiều để gộp tin trùng.

Nếu bạn là người đăng tin gốc và muốn gỡ tin khỏi soinhà, bấm “Báo cáo” trên tin và chọn “Tôi là người đăng tin gốc”, hoặc gửi đường dẫn tin tới [email protected]. Chúng tôi gỡ trong 3 ngày làm việc. Tin bị xóa ở trang gốc sẽ tự biến mất khỏi soinhà.

Who we are

soinhà is a map-based home search site. Data protection contact: [email protected].

Browsing

No account is needed. Your browser stores your saved listings and a random id. The id is not linked to your name, phone or email. We use it to count clicks on “Show number”, “Open original”, “Zalo” and “Call” per listing, and to stop duplicate reports.

When you leave your number on a listing

On a post that shows no number, or when you book a viewing or ask for a price sheet, we collect your phone or Zalo number, your name and message (if you fill them in), the listing, when you consented, and your browser's random id.

Agent, owner and developer accounts

We collect your email, name, phone or Zalo, company, tax code, broker certificate number, areas and message.

Processors

Supabase (database and sign-in, hosted in Singapore), Cloudflare (hosting and bot protection), Resend (sign-in email). Account data is transferred outside Vietnam to these processors; we keep the cross-border transfer assessment the law requires.

Your rights

You can access, correct and delete your data, withdraw consent and complain. Write to [email protected]; we answer within 72 hours.

Public posts from other sites, and removal

Some listings on soinhà are public posts from other sites (Chợ Tốt, Rever, MOSO and similar). For those we keep price, size, rooms, approximate location, the poster's own legal-status claim, the name and phone number the poster published, photos and description, plus a link back. The phone number is shown only after a visitor taps “Show number”. The poster's account is also kept as a one-way hash to fold duplicates. If you posted the original and want it off soinhà, tap “Report” on the listing and choose “I posted this”, or send us the link, and we remove it within 3 working days. Posts deleted at the source disappear from soinhà on their own.
