One Era (formerly The One World) is Kim Oanh Group’s township on the Hòa Lân residential land, Thuận Giao ward. The site states about 50 ha and a groundbreaking on 27 Sep 2025. It is not on the off-plan sale list; it is on the foreign-ownership list.

Letter 2864 lists the project among homes foreigners may own. The 2026 off-plan sale-eligible list has no matching row. The One Era page still marks the payment schedule as indicative.
